Our Legal Services division was established to provide alternative legal services to corporations and law firms. We facilitate secondments for senior lawyers into in-house legal departments and law firms and source specialist lawyers for bespoke projects at a competitive and transparent price.
We have a network of hundreds of consultant lawyers who provide additional support on short-term projects, or when there is a need for specialist legal expertise. We also place paralegals and ISDA documentation negotiators on an interim and permanent basis, and company secretaries on an interim basis.
We understand the importance of developing and maintaining an inclusive business culture. Diversity & Inclusion is vital in managing people risk and to the attraction of top talent.
Simmons & Hanbury assists clients in building workplaces that attract, retain and release the full potential of diverse talent. We provide access to the widest possible human capital by removing bias from role design, search processes and reward practices. We achieve this by sourcing talent from all groups and ensuring everyone has the same chance to develop and advance. We are proud to be a supporter of the Aspiring Solicitors Foundation, alongside other leading institutions such as Allen & Overy, Linklaters, Barclays and Mayer Brown.
